MedsCheck is a free government-funded program in Ontario for patients taking prescription medications for chronic conditions. An annual review and follow-up reviews are available. Ask us about your specific eligibility.

A standard MedsCheck review typically takes 20–30 minutes. We recommend bringing all your medication bottles — prescription and OTC — to make the most of your time.

No referral necessary. Book directly by calling 613-823-8030 or simply ask at the counter the next time you're in.

Bring all your prescription bottles, OTC products, vitamins, and supplements, along with your health card and a list of any known allergies or adverse reactions.

You'll receive a personalized MedsCheck Medication Record with instructions and next steps. With your consent, findings can be shared with your physician to ensure coordinated care.

Yes. MedsCheck at Home is available for homebound patients and can be combined with our free prescription delivery service. Call us at 613-823-8030 to arrange.
